Samuel Nii Sackey Botchway is the Chief Executive of DevOps Africa Limited and a seasoned finance and investment banking professional. He previously served as Executive Vice President for Investment Banking at a leading African bank, supporting the Bank’s operations in Ghana, Francophone West Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo. His expertise spans project and acquisition finance, financial advisory, valuations, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and investment management. He has held previous board positions, and advised various government ministries through formal and ad‑hoc committees. Samuel holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana Business School, is a Chartered Accountant, a licensed Investment Advisor, and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

Emmanuel Martey is an accomplished IT executive with over 29 years of industry experience, including 14 years in senior leadership roles. Over the course of his career, Emmanuel has consistently demonstrated a strong track record in driving digital transformation, building and leading high-performing teams, and executing strategic IT initiatives across diverse projects. His academic training spans local and international institutions, reinforced by executive leadership and professional development focused on strategic decision-making, Scrum and Agile, EQi, Critical Thinking, Artificial Intelligence, ITIL, Leadership and Management among others. He is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Ghana, a member of the CTO Academy and a member of the Institute of ICT Professionals Ghana.

Melissa serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting organizational effectiveness, operational alignment, and the execution of company-wide priorities. She brings a strong multidisciplinary background, combining human-centered insight with business and operational expertise. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana and a Master’s degree in Human Development (Psychology) from Laurentian University in Ontario, Canada. She also holds a Certificate in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Melissa is known for her structured and people-centered approach, strong organisational skills and ability to bring clarity leading to higher performance among the teams she supports.
